Paula Draper
Over 20 years ago I purchased my first investment property just steps from the beautiful white sandy beaches of Lake Michigan. Consisting of a federal style 125 year old hotel and carriage house, I was blessed to have my renovation and restoration efforts filmed for HGTV’s “If Walls Could Talk.” My passion for architectural design continues today as my family resides in a 1927 Tudor revival property designed by prominent architect Hugh T. Keyes.
Since moving to Grosse Pointe in 2000, I have purchased, renovated, rented and sold numerous investment properties both residential and commercial. I have many years corporate experience as an engineer, marketing manager and consultant coupled with an entrepreneurial spirit as a Detroit small business owner and real estate investor. I am passionate about real estate, continually investigating every new home on the market. All this allows me to offer unique insights to my clients, enabling them to find that perfect house they can make into a home.
In my spare time, I enjoy 5k runs, cake decorating and volunteering in numerous church and school activities including teaching Sunday school and VBS, Band and Orchestra Boosters, Art Fest and most recently, the Grosse Pointe Theater.
